No doubt all my savvy readers remember the Wicked Sick BMX as was sold on Ebay. Turns out it was a project designed by a couple of creatives at the Advertising Agency George Patterson Y&R. And all I can say is kudos.
Sure creativity takes courage,takes clients and businesses that ‘get it’ and when well executed, creativity wins. The added bonus of creativity is that usually comes at no extra cost.

Here’s a little thought experiment I did on paper while flying from Dubai to New York. I think it’s important to visualise our thoughts. You never know what our toughts might turn into. This one is a bit obtuse, but might be worht a close look.
A great meme in business is the law of the opposite. ‘Every market, has an equal and opposite market. When I saw the video below it reminded me of it. More importantly, it reminded me that the real opportunities are often the reverse of what we think they are.

On this earth…
we are all born as creative
we are all born as emotional
we are all born as caring
we are all born as compassionate
we are all born as inquisitve
we are all born as adventurers
we are all born as ‘entrepreneurs’
…
Our world tries as hard as it can to hide these ‘in built’ features from us. It scares us, no ‘scars us’ into ignoring our given instincts.
We ‘as entrepreneurs’ must do everything we can to get them back. To be as nature intended.
Rambo First Blood part 1, is a movie all entreprenuers ought invest 2 hours watching.
The key lessons is simple: The ultimate resource is creativity. It’s game winning. John Rambo single handedly defeats an army choc full of resources, through ‘creative boostrapping’. Bootstrapping which then invented new tactics the competitors didn’t even consider. Key words that come to mind are; Insight, Passion, Risk, Mind Control, Tenacity, Belief and Courage. This film should be the first lesson in any entrepreneurial learning forum. Be like Rambo and win.
