Our job as entrepreneurs is this:
“To organize the factors of production.”
To organize these factors from concept to revenue in perpetuity. This is our job in a ‘for profit’ organization. The number one challenge is not to become a factor of production. If we do this then we’ll never actually own a business.

Hmmm, I’m not sure I buy this completely Steve.
Surely the number one challenge is to produce something of value? That is your “end”.
“To organize the factors of production” is the “means” by which you achieve said end.
A happy by-product is not being a “factor of production” for someone else.
Some might argue that you ingenuity or skill in this organising nevertheless does make you a factor of production!
Hmmm, starting to sound like semantics.
