Revenue based activity

Ask yourself this simple question:

 

Is what I am doing today generating…

A)    An expense?

B)    Revenue?

If the answer is (A) – think very hard to determine if it is worth doing. Try and reconsider or reschedule it until all (B) based activities are complete. And even then, only do it if it very quickly leads to revenue.

I call it revenue based activity. Make sure more than 90% of your day is focused on revenue based activity. Do this, and everything else falls into place.
