    I like the term ‘Mass Customisation’ to describe the antithesis of Mass Media & Mass Production.

    Marketeers persistence with personalisation has often been in the pursuit of Mass Customisation. Consumers want ‘tailored’ products and services – but organisations need volume to enjoy economies of scale.
